Chris brings more than 25 years of real estate development, construction, and asset management experience, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and reinforced by over 19 years with Walgreens, where he advanced to the role of Senior Director overseeing all non-retail construction initiatives across the United States.  Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex real estate portfolios, capital investment programs, operational facilities, and large-scale projects requiring disciplined execution, strategic planning, and long-term asset stewardship.

While Chris's professional background is rooted in development and construction, his expertise extends far beyond the building process. Having spent decades evaluating, developing, constructing, operating, and maintaining real estate assets, he understands what drives long-term property performance and value.  This unique perspective allows him to approach property management with an owner's mindset, balancing resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, capital preservation, and long-term investment objectives.

 Leanne brings over 15 years of accomplished healthcare leadership experience, supported by both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership.  For the past five years, she has successfully led a team of more than 200 employees while managing the operational demands of a high-volume emergency department serving over 250 patients daily.  Her career has been built on leading people, optimizing complex systems, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational excellence—skills that translate seamlessly to the world of property management.

Leanne's inquisitive nature, empathetic leadership style, and unwavering commitment to understanding the needs of residents, property owners, and business partners distinguish her as a trusted leader.  Her ability to balance compassionate service with strategic decision-making allows her to create communities where residents feel valued and properties are managed with care and accountability.  She believes exceptional property management extends beyond maintaining buildings—it requires fostering positive living experiences, protecting assets, and creating long-term value.
